妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇规范化治疗后其妊娠结局的临床研讨

Clinical Study on Pregnancy Outcomes of Pregnant Mothers with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus After Standardized Treatment

目的探究规范化治疗对妊娠期糖尿病的影响。方法选取2019年12月—2022年12月临沂市兰山区人民医院收治的150例妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇为研究对象,按照奇偶数分为一般组和规范组,各75例。一般组行一般化治疗,规范组行规范化治疗。对比两组血糖指标、胰岛素功能及妊娠结局。结果治疗后,规范组糖化血红蛋白以及两项不同时间点下的血糖指标,低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,规范组胰岛素抵抗指数(homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)低于一般组,规范组β细胞功能指数(homeostasis model assessment-β,HOMA-β)高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);规范组孕产妇不良结局发生率低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);规范组新生儿不良结局发生率低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化治疗对于控制血糖有较好作用,可以改善妊娠结局,恢复胰岛功能,规避妊娠期糖尿病造成的负面影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of standardized treatment on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 150 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus from Lanshan District People's Hospital of Linyi City from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into general group and standard group according to odd and even numbers,with 75 cases in each group.The general group line generalized treatment,the normative group line standardized treatment.Blood glucose index,insulin function and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the glycated hemoglobin and blood glucose indexes at two different time points in the standard group were lower than those in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance,(HOMA-IR)in standard group was lower than that in general group,and homeostasis model assessment-β(HOMA-β)in standard group was higher than that in general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in standardized group was lower than that in general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the standard group was lower than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized treatment has a better effect on controlling blood glucose,which can improve pregnancy outcome,restore pancreatic islet function and circumvent the negative effects caused by gestational diabetes mellitus.
