健康教育应用在儿童糖尿病护理中的效果分析

Effect of Health Education in Nursing Care of Children with Diabetes

目的讨论护理糖尿病患儿时引用健康教育方案的干预效果及临床价值。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月临沂市兰山区妇幼保健院儿科收治的60例糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为对比组、讨论组,每组30例。对比组实施常规护理,讨论组是在对比组干预措施基础上实施健康教育。比较两组血糖水平、服药依从性、生活质量、不良事件。结果干预后讨论组血糖水平低于对比组,服药依从性及生活质量评分均高于对比组,不良事件总发生率低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为保障糖尿病患儿的血糖控制效率达到理想水平,需实施健康教育,可以加强服药依从性,减少不良事件,明显提高生活质量。

Objective To discuss the intervention effect and clinical value of health education program in nursing children with diabetes.Methods 60 children with diabetes admitted to the pediatric department of Lanshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Linyi City from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into comparison group and discussion group according to the lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The comparison group implemented routine nursing,and the discussion group implemented health education based on the intervention measures of the comparison group.Blood glucose levels,medication compliance,quality of life and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the blood glucose level of the discussion group was lower than that of the comparison group,the scores of medication compliance and quality of life were higher than those of the comparison group,and the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to ensure that the blood glucose control efficiency of children with diabetes can reach the ideal level,health education should be implemented,which can strengthen medication compliance,reduce adverse events,and significantly improve the quality of life.
