精细化护理在乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后中的应用价值分析

Application Value of Refined Nursing in Patients with Breast Cancer Complicated with Diabetes after Surgery

目的观察在乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后护理中实施精细化护理的效果。方法选取2020年3月—2023年6月费县第二医院收治的94例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,实施信封法分为参考组和研究组,每组47例。参考组用常规护理,研究组基于常规护理加用精细化护理,比较两组血糖水平、并发症发生率、消极情绪、自我管理行为。结果护理后,研究组血糖水平低于参考组,并发症发生率低于参考组,汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿焦抑郁表评分均低于参考组,糖尿病自我管理行为量表评分高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者术后护理中实施精细化护理,不但能够提高血糖水平控制效果,缓解消极情绪,而且可以改善自我管理行为,对于并发症的减少也有着积极影响。

Objective To observe the effect of refine nursing in postoperative nursing of patients with breast cancer complicated with diabetes.Methods A total of 94 patients with breast cancer combined with diabetes admitted to Fei County Second Hospital from March 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into reference group and research group by envelope method,with 47 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional care,while the study group was treated with refined care based on conventional care.Blood glucose levels,the incidence of complications,negative emotions and self-management behaviors were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the reference group,the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and the Hamilton focal Depression Scale were lower than that of the reference group,and the scores of the Diabetes Self Care Summary scale were higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with breast cancer complicated with diabetes can not only improve the control effect of blood glucose level,alleviate negative emotions,but also improve self-management behavior,and have a positive impact on the reduction of complications.
