家属参与式全程护理干预对2型糖尿病尿毒症血液透析患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响

Effects of Family Member Participation Whole-process Nursing Intervention on Blood Glucose Control and Quality of Life in Hemodialysis Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Uremia

目的分析家属参与式全程护理干预对2型糖尿病尿毒症血液透析患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月山东省寿光市人民医院血液透析室收治的2型糖尿病尿毒症血液透析患者138例为研究对象,通过数字双盲法将其均分为对照组(n=69)和观察组(n=69),对照组患者开展常规护理管理,观察组患者加用家属参与式全程护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者的血糖指标、心理健康评分有所改善且均优于对照组,家属满意度、预后生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病尿毒症血液透析患者应用家属参与式全程护理干预的效果确切,可控制患者血糖、提高治疗效果、改善患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of family participation nursing intervention on blood glucose control and quality of life of hemodialysis patients with type 2 diabetes uremia.Methods A total of 138 patients with type 2 diabetes uremia undergoing hemodialysis admitted to the hemodialysis room of Shouguang People's Hospital of Shandong Province from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=69)and observation group(n=69)by digital double-blind method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing management,and patients in the observation group received whole-process nursing intervention with family participation.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The blood glucose index and mental health score of the observation group were improved and were better than those of the control group,and the scores of family satisfaction and prognostic quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of family participation whole-process nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with type 2 diabetes uremia is precise,which can control the blood glucose of patients,improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients,and is worth promoting.
