摘要
目的分析给予糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者常规护理与饮食营养对预后恢复的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年3月巨野县人民医院诊治的86例糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,用随机数表法分为参考组和研究组,各43例。参考组应用常规护理,研究组应用常规护理+饮食营养护理。对比两组患者营养状况、生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果护理后,研究组营养状况、生活质量均优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率为4.65%,低于参考组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.074,P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者护理中,增加饮食营养护理相比于单用常规护理,更有助于改善患者营养状况,提高生活质量,还有助于减少并发症的发生,为患者预后恢复提供保障。
Objective To analyze the effects of routine nursing care and dietary nutrition on the prognosis of diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetic nephropathy on maintenance hemodialysis treated in Juye County People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the study group and the reference group according to the method of random number table,with 43 cases in each group.Routine nursing care was applied to the reference group and routine nursing care as well as dietary nursing care was applied to the study group.the nutritional status,quality of life,and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing care,the nutritional status and the quality of life of the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications was 4.65%in the study group,which was lower than 18.60%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.074,P<0.05).Conclusion In the care of maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy,dietary nutrition care,compared with routine care,helps to improve the nutritional status,improve the quality of life,and also helps to reduce complications,providing a guarantee for the recovery of the patient's prognosis.
