S100β和超敏C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者脑损伤严重程度的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨S100β和超敏C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病患者脑损伤严重程度的相关性。方法选取2019年3月—2022年3月广东省茂名农垦医院收治的2型糖尿病伴脑梗死患者180例作为研究对象,根据脑损伤严重程度进行分组,重度脑损伤设为A组(n=60),中度脑损伤设为B组(n=60),轻度脑损伤设为C组(n=60)。分析S100β和超敏C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病患者脑损伤严重程度的相关性。结果C组S100β、超敏C反应蛋白分别为(0.017±0.004)μg/L、(2.48±1.42)mg/L,小于B组的(0.028±0.015)μg/L、(7.49±2.32)mg/L,A组的(0.227±0.012)μg/L、(10.48±2.33)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(F=24.344、15.433,P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,S100β、超敏C反应蛋与2型糖尿病患者脑损伤严重程度呈现正相关(r=0.784、0.713,P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者脑损伤患者的S100β和超敏C反应蛋白水平显著升高,且随着脑损伤严重程度的增加,S100β和超敏C反应蛋白水平随之升高。 Objective To investigate the correlation between S100βand ultrasensitive C-reactive protein and the severity of brain injury in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 180 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction treated in Agricultural Reclamation Hospital of Maoming Guangdong from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the severity of brain injury,the patients with severe brain injury were divided into group A(n=60)moderate brain injury as,group B(n=60),and group C(n=60)with mild brain injury.To analyze the correlation between S100βand hypersensitive C-reactive protein and the severity of brain injury in type 2 diabetic patients.Results S100βand hypersensitive C-reactive protein in group C were(0.017±0.004)μg/L and(2.48±1.42)mg/L,which were lower than those in group B(0.028±0.015)μg/L and(7.49±2.32)mg/L,respectively.(0.227±0.012)μg/L and(10.48±2.33)mg/L in group A,the differences were statistically significant(F=24.344,15.433,P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that S100βand hypersensitive C-reactive eggs were positively correlated with the severity of brain injury in type 2 diabetes patients(r=0.784,0.713,P<0.05).Conclusion S100βand ultrasensitive C-reactive protein were significantly elevated in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with brain injury,and S100βand ultrasensitive C-reactive protein increased with the increase of severity of brain injury.
