针式腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝疾病的效果分析

Effect of Needle Laparoscopic Treatment of Oblique Inguinal Hernia in Children

目的分析小儿腹股沟斜疝实施针式腹腔镜治疗的价值。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月江南大学附属无锡儿童医院收治的78例腹股沟斜疝患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为针式组和常规组,每组39例,针式组实施针式腹腔镜手术,常规组实施标准腹腔镜手术,比较两组患儿围术期指标、并发症发生情况、疼痛情况。结果针式组手术用时、活动恢复时间、排气时间以及住院时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针式组并发症发生率(2.56%)低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.014,P<0.05)、两组患儿复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿疼痛情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针式腹腔镜手术用时短,活动恢复时间快,排气时间及住院时间短,并能有效降低并发症发生率,患儿疼痛感较轻,手术效果优。

Objective To analyze the value of needle laparoscopic treatment for oblique inguinal hernia in children.Methods A total of 78 children with oblique inguinal hernia admitted to Wuxi Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and divided into needle group and routine group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The needle group underwent needle laparoscopic surgery,and the routine group underwent standard laparoscopic surgery.Perioperative indexes,complications and pain were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,activity recovery time,exhaust time and hospitalization time in the needle group were shorter than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the needle group(2.56%)was lower than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.014,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in pain between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Needle laparoscopic surgery has short time,fast recovery time,short exhaust time and short hospital stay,and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and the pain of children is less,and the operation effect is excellent.
