血常规检验在妊娠期贫血患者临床检验中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Value of the Application of Routine Blood Tests in the Clinical Tests of Patients with Anemia in Pregnancy

目的分析血常规检验在妊娠期贫血患者临床检验中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2023年3月江苏省句容市人民医院收治的98例妊娠期贫血患者作为观察组,选取同期在医院体检的98例妊娠期健康者作为对照组。比较两组血常规指标水平,分析观察组患者不同孕期的血常规指标水平及不同妊娠期贫血类型。结果观察组患者血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、平均红细胞体积(blood mean red cell volume,MCV)、红细胞(red-blood-cell,RBC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration,MCHC)指标水平低于对照组,红细胞分布宽度(redcell volume distributionwidth,RDW)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕晚期患者的Hb、MCV、RBC、MCHC水平低于孕中期、孕早期,RDW高于孕中期、孕早期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕早期和孕中期患者的小细胞贫血发生率比较分别为75.00%、66.67%,高于孕晚期的33.33%;孕晚期患者的大细胞贫血发生率为62.64%,高于孕早期的18.75%和孕中期的27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规检验在妊娠期贫血患者临床检验中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the value of routine blood tests in the application of clinical tests for patients with anemia in pregnancy.Methods 98 patients with anemia in pregnancy admitted to Jurong People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 98 healthy pregnant patients who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Compare the levels of routine blood indexes of the two groups,and analyze the levels of routine blood indexes of patients in the observation group patients in different pregnancies,and the types of anemia in different pregnancies.Results The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),blood mean red cell volume(MCV),red blood cell(RBC),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)in the observation group patients were lower than those in the control group,the level of red cell volume distribution width(RDW)was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Hb,MCV,RBC and MCHC in patients of late pregnancy were lower than those in mid and early pregnancy,and RDW was higher than those in mid and early pregnancy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of microcytic anemia in the early and mid pregnancy was 75.00% and 66.67%,respectively,which was higher than 33.33% in the late pregnancy.The incidence of macrocytic anemia in the late pregnancy was 62.64%,which was higher than 18.75% in the early pregnancy and 27.27% in the mid pregnancy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine blood test has a high value of application exists in the clinical examination of patients with anemia in pregnancy.
