双下肢气压治疗联合低分子肝素在血栓高危孕妇剖宫产术后预防性应用的临床价值

Clinical Value of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Combined with Pressure Therapy of Lower Limbs in Prophylactic Application after Caesarean Section in Pregnant Women at High Risk of Thrombosis

目的研究将双下肢气压治疗联合低分子肝素作用在血栓高危孕妇剖宫产术后预防中的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年9月云浮市人民医院收治的血栓高危孕妇50例作为研究对象,根据干预方式不同分为对照组和研究组,每组25例。对照组给予低分子肝素钙治疗,研究组联合双下肢气压治疗,比较两组血栓高危孕妇的干预效果,评估促进孕妇剖宫产术后恢复的最佳方法。结果干预前,两组孕妇凝血功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组纤维蛋白原(1.04±0.06)g/L明显低于对照组的(2.35±0.12)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.712,P<0.05);两组孕妇血浆凝血酶原时间、活化凝血活酶时间、血小板比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为8.0%,低于对照组的28.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.442,P<0.05)。结论血栓高危孕妇剖宫产术后预防应用双下肢气压治疗联合低分子肝素的方案,可有效地保障孕妇术后恢复健康,安全性较高。

Objective To study the effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with lower extremity pressure therapy on postoperative prevention of caesarean section in pregnant women at high risk of thrombosis.Methods 50 pregnant women at high risk of thrombosis admitted to Yunfu People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to different intervention methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium,and the study group was treated with air pressure of both lower limbs.The effect of intervention in pregnant women at high risk of thrombosis was analyzed,and the best way to promote the recovery of pregnant women after cesarean section was evaluated.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the index data of coagulation function between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the fibrinogen in the study group[(1.04±0.06)g/L]was significantly lower than that in the control group[(2.35±0.12)g/L],and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.712,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in plasma prothrombin time,activated thrombin time and platelet between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was 8.0%,which was lower than 28.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.442,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of low molecular weight heparin with lower limb pressure therapy can effectively guarantee the recovery of pregnant women after caesarean section,and the safety is high.
