补中益气汤加减联合针灸治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风偏瘫的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke Hemiplegia with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis by Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Plus Reduction Combined with Acupuncture

目的分析补中益气汤加减联合针灸治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风偏瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2021年3月—2022年5月江门市新会区中医院收治的60例气虚血瘀型缺血性中风偏瘫患者为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规药物、康复及针灸治疗,观察组在此基础上加入补中益气汤加减,分析研究两组的治疗效果及改良Barthel指数法(Modified Barthel Index,MBI)、简式Fugl-Meyer评定法(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)、徒手肌力测定评定(Manual Muscle Testing,MMT)评分情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为90.00%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的MBI、FMA、MMT的评分显著升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤加减联合针灸能够显著改善患者的神经功能、日常生活能力,拓宽了中医药治疗本病的思路。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus reduction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods 60 patients with hemiplegia due to ischemic stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in Xinhui District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangmen City from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drugs,rehabilitation and acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was supplemented with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and studied by Modified Barthel Index(MBI)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Manual Muscle Testing(MMT)score.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of MBI,FMA and MMT in the two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the nerve function and daily living ability of patients,and broaden the idea of TCM treatment of this disease.
