集成自举驱动的旁路分流辅助方案

摘要 在服务器电源的浮地驱动应用中,驱动集成电路(IC)基本取代了分立器件搭建的驱动线路。在特殊工况下对IC进行替代实验发现,持续高瞬态冲击电流会造成IC内部自举二极管烧坏开路,导致驱动异常、电源损坏的问题,因此单纯使用部分驱动IC在特殊工况下可能并不适用。本文对人工智能(AI)服务器电源在恶劣工况下的驱动IC异常问题进行分析,在驱动IC的基础上增加旁路分流辅助二极管线路,保障多种类驱动IC在恶劣工况下的正常工作,进一步提升了系统的整体稳定性和物料替代的多样性。 In the application of floating ground drive of server power supply,the drive integrated circuit(IC)basically replaces the drive line built by discrete devices.Under special working conditions,it is found that the continuous high transient impulse current will cause the internal bootstrap diode of the IC to burn out and open the circuit,resulting in abnormal driving and power supply damage.Therefore,the use of partial drive IC may not be applicable under special conditions.This paper analyzes the abnormal problem of the drive IC for the artificial intelligence(AI)server power supply under harsh conditions.On the basis of the drive IC,the bypass shunt auxiliary diode circuit is added to ensure the normal operation of various drive ICs under harsh conditions,and further improve the overall stability of the system and the diversity of material substitution.
