摘要
构建工程教育治理体系是赋能工程教育高质量发展,推进高等教育现代化,实现教育、科技、人才一体化部署,凸显中国工程教育治理特色的必然要求。工程教育治理理论模型包含工程教育治理目标、理念、要素及其运行机制。当前,工程教育治理面临学生工程实践薄弱、工科教师队伍缺乏工程实践经历、工程教育质量评价和注册工程师制度体系不健全等方面的问题与挑战。借鉴工程教育治理的国际经验,中国特色工程教育治理体系的建设关键在于推进政企产学深度协同、将实践融入工程教育全过程、注重教师分类发展、深化工程教育质量评价改革、构建与工程教育认证相衔接的注册工程师制度。
The construction of engineering education governance system is the inevitable requirement to enable the high-quality development of engineering education,promote the modernization of higher education,realize the integrated deployment of education science and technology talents,and highlight the characteristics of engineering education governance in China.The theoretical model of engineering education governance includes the strategic objectives,basic concepts,key elements and operation mechanism of engineering education governance.At present,engineering education governance is faced with problems and challenges in four aspects,such as weak students’engineering practice,lack of engineering practice experience of engineering teachers,imperfect engineering education quality evaluation and registered engineer system.Draw lessons from the international experience of engineering education governance,the construction path of Chinese characteristic engineering education governance system,which the key is to promote the enterprise depth synergy,the practice into the whole engineering education process,pay attention to teachers’classification development,deepen the reform of engineering education quality evaluation,building and engineering education certification of certified engineer system.
