鞍钢10号3200m^(3)高炉降低焦比生产实践

摘要 针对高炉焦比指标较高的问题,提出了采取提高原燃料质量、提高煤比、保证合理的炉型、优化装料制度和提高炉缸活跃性等措施。实践后,高炉入炉焦比降低16 kg/t,综合焦比降低18 kg/t,产量提升360 t/d,高炉长期稳定顺行,效果良好。 In allusion to the problem of high coke ratio index of a blast furnace(BF),some measures such as improving the quality of raw materials and raw fuels,increasing the ratio of coal,ensuring a suitable type of furnaces,optimizing the charging system and improving the activity of hearth were proposed.After these measures were put into practice,the coke ratio of BF was reduced by 16 kg/t,the comprehensive coke ratio was reduced by 18 kg/t,and the output was increased by 360 t/d.Therefore,the BF was in steady and smooth operation for a long period with good results.
