Artificial Intelligence Empowers Sports Industry Upgrade:Theoretical Logic and Practical Path

在我国推动体育产业升级和现代化转型的背景下,运用文献研究和理论分析方法厘清人工智能赋能体育产业升级的理论逻辑,剖析现实应用的困难和产业升级的堵点,并尝试探寻实现体育产业融合和升级的实现路径。研究显示,体育产业的智能化主要表现在体育竞技表演业智能化﹑体育产品业智能化和体育促销业智能化,人工智能技术具有技术溢出性﹑创新推动性﹑数据驱动性和生产智能化四大特征,能够提升体育产业全要素生产率﹑推动体育产业结构均衡化﹑带动体育产业链现代化﹑引领体育产业生产要素高级化﹑实现体育产业组织合理化,从而实现体育产业升级,但同时也面临“数字鸿沟”﹑“数据孤岛”﹑技术人才储备﹑监管和治理的四重挑战。据此,提出破解“数字鸿沟”和“数据孤岛”﹑加强技术攻关和人才培养﹑引导人工智能与体育产业深度融合﹑推动智能化时代政府治理能力提升的体育产业升级实现路径。

Under the background of promoting the upgrading and modernization transformation of the sports industry in China,this paper uses literature research and theoretical analysis methods to clarify the theoretical logic of the sports industry upgrading enabled by artificial intelligence,analyzes the difficulties of practical application and the blockage of industrial upgrading,and tries to explore the realization path ofrealizing the integration and upgrading ofthe sports industry.The research shows that,the intelligence of sports industry is mainly reflected in the sports competitive performance industry,sports product industry and sports promotion industry,artificial intelligence technology has four major characteristics of technology spillover,innovation promotion,data drive and production intelligence,which can improve the total factor productivity of the sports industry,promote the balance of the sports industry structure,drive the modernization of the sports industry chain,lead the upgrading of sports industry production factors,realize the rationalization of sports industrial organizations,and finally realize the industrial upgrading of the sports industry.However,the upgrading of the sports industry also faces four challenges:"digital divide","data islands",technical talent reserve,and supervision and governance.Based on this,sports industry upgrading realization path is proposed to break the"digital divide"and"data islands",strengthen technological research and talent training,guide the deep integration of artificial intelligence and the sports industry,and promote the improvement of government governance capabilities in the intelligent era.
