女性高管对企业技术创新的影响:基于高层梯队理论与风险偏好理论视角

摘要 多元化的高管组成对于高管团队在提升创造性思维﹑提高企业业绩以及发挥榜样示范等方面起着重要作用,应促进女性在企业创新中更大程度发挥自身价值。为此,依托高层梯队理论与风险偏好理论,以2008—2021年中国A股上市公司为研究样本,通过Tobit模型讨论女性高管对企业技术创新的影响及作用机制,并进一步检验企业产权异质性和产品市场竞争在其中所起作用。结果发现:女性高管能够显著促进企业技术创新;女性高管对企业技术创新的促进作用在非国有企业﹑产品市场竞争更加激烈和市场化程度更高的样本中更显著。因此,企业应主动完善女性高管的选聘及晋升机制,结合女性高管特征与实际工作任务赋予并扩大女性高管相应的职能权限;同时,适当增加配置女性高管数量和比例,并构建年轻女性高管梯次培养链。 Diverse executive composition plays an important role in enhancing creative thinking,improving corporate performance,and making role models fully functional.It is necessary to promote women to play a greater role in technology and enterprise technological innovation.To this end,based on upper echelons theory and risk preference theory,taking China's A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2021 as a research sample,this paper uses the Tobit model to discuss the impact and mechanism of female executives on enterprise technological innovation,and further examines the role of enterprise property heterogeneity and product market competition.The results show that female executives significantly promote enterprise technological innovation,the role of impact of female executives on promoting enterprise technological innovation is more significant in non-state-owned enterprises,as well as in samples with more fierce product market competition and higher degree of marketization.Therefore,enterprises should take the initiative to improve the selection and promotion mechanism of female executives,and give and expand the corresponding functional authority of female executives based on their characteristics and actual work tasks;meanwhile,the number and proportion of female executives should be appropriately increased,and a training chain for young female executives needs to be built.
