2021—2023年邹城市土源性线虫病监测结果分析

摘要 目的:了解邹城市土源性线虫病感染现状,掌握其流行规律及影响因素,为相关部门制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法:2021—2023年选取邹城市常住居民3165人作为研究对象,每年收集常住居民的粪便样本,采用改良加藤厚涂片法检验。结果:在3165名常住居民中,检出土源性线虫病感染16人,总感染率为0.51%,其中鞭虫、蛔虫和蛲虫感染率分别为0.03%、0.03%和0.44%;不同年份土源性线虫病感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.002,P<0.05);2021—2023年邹城市不同性别、不同年龄段、不同职业、不同文化程度人群土源性线虫病感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:邹城市已达到土源性线虫病传播控制与阻断标准,应加大健康教育宣传,提高人群对土源性线虫病的认识程度,开展重点人群驱虫防治工作,降低人群感染率,加强无害化厕所管理。完善人民健康促进政策,把保障人民健康放在优先发展的战略位置,从而进一步巩固阻断土源性线虫病防治成果。 OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of soil transmitted nematodiasis infection in Zoucheng from 2021 to 2023,master its epidemic characteristics and influencing factors,and provide scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate control strategies and measures.METHODS From 2021 to 2023,a total of 3165 permanent residents in Zoucheng were selected as the research objects,and Zoucheng was divided into 5 districts according to geographical orientation,namely,east,west,south,north and middle.An administrative village in 1 town and street were selected from each district for monitoring,and 200 permanent resi⁃dents≥3 years old were selected from the whole group of each administrative village.Fecal samples from resident residents were collected annually and tested by the modified Kato thick smear method.RESULTS A total of 3165 local residents were examined for STN infection,showing 16 positives,with an overall infection rate 0.51%.The infection rates of Trichuris trichiura,Ascaris lumbricoi⁃des and Ascaris vermicularis were 0.3%,0.3%and 0.44%,showing a yearly decreasing trend,comparison of infection rates in Zoucheng from 2021 to 2023,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=9.002,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant dif⁃ference in the infection rate of soil transmitted nematodiasis among people of different genders,age groups,occupations,and educa⁃tional levels in Zoucheng from 2021 to 2023(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Zoucheng has reached Criteria for transmission control and interruption of soil-transmitted nematodiasis.Health education and publicity should be strengthened,improve people’s understand⁃ing of soil transmitted nematodiasis,carry out pest control for key people,reduce the infection rate of people,strengthen the manage⁃ment of harmless toilets,give priority to the protection of people’s health,and improve people’s health promotion policies,so as to further consolidate the results of preventing and controlling soil transmitted nematodiasis.
