摘要
本文利用DEA博弈交叉效率模型对我国2012~2021年各研究区域以碳排放约束为基础的能源效率展开测算,并进行空间杜宾模型的构建,探讨对能源效率产生影响的因素,并将影响分解为直接效应与溢出效应进行深入探究。研究发现,在2012~2021年,我国地区能源效率有显著的空间依赖性显现出来;在能源效率的影响上,技术进步和产业结构所产生的是正向影响,而城镇化水平和能源消费结构所产生的则是负向影响,且各因素的影响均显著;另外,以空间溢出效应为视角,对于本地区能源效率,其他地区产业结构所产生的是正向溢出效应,而城镇化水平所产生的则是负向溢出效应。
The DEA game cross efficiency model is used to measure the energy efficiency of various regions based on carbon emission constraints during 2012~2021,and the influence factors of energy efficiency on the construction of dynamic spatial Dubin model are studied,and the direct effects and spillover effects are analyzed.The results show that the regional energy efficiency shows a significant spatial dependence during 2012~2021.Technological progress and industrial structure have a significant positive impact on energy efficiency,while urbanization level and energy consumption structure have a significant negative impact.In addi⁃tion,the industrial structure of other regions will have a significant positive spillover effect on the local energy efficiency,while the urbanization level of other regions will have a negative spillover effect.
