摘要
中国式消费现代化的根本目标是,不断满足人民美好生活消费需要,提高人民生活品质。本文从消费主体现代化、消费客体现代化、消费环境现代化、消费配套服务现代化和消费适度共享化五个维度阐述中国式消费现代化的考量逻辑,并构建评价体系对中国式消费现代化的动态演进和空间特征进行测度分析。研究发现:(1)2013—2020年,中国式消费现代化指数及五个分维度指数均呈现上升态势;(2)东部、中部、西部地区的消费现代化水平持续提升,但地区之间差距逐渐拉大,中国式消费现代化的空间差异主要源于区域间差异;(3)中国式消费现代化具有显著的正空间自相关特征,且大多数省份消费现代化水平的类型状态较为稳定,预期未来其将进一步提升。
The fundamental goal of the Chinese consumption modernization is to continuously meet the people's consumption needs for a better life and improve the people's quality of life.This paper expounds the consideration logic of Chinese consumption modernization from five dimensions:modernization of consumption subject,modernization of consumption object,modernization of consumption environment,modernization of consumption supporting services and moderate sharing of consumption,and constructs an evaluation system to measure and analyze the dynamic evolution and spatial characteristics of Chinese consumption modernization.The findings are as follows:(1)2013-2020,the Chinese consumption modernization index and the five sub-dimension indexes are on the rise.(2)The level of consumption modernization in the eastern,central and western regions continues to improve,but the gap between regions is gradually widening.The spatial differences of Chinese-style consumption modernization mainly come from inter-regional dfferences.(3)Chinese consumption modernization has significant positive spatial autocorrelation characteristics,and the type state of consumption modernization level in most provinces is relatively stable,and it is expected to further improve in the future.This paper is an early study to measure the level of Chinese consumption modernization,which provides an important reference for meeting people's consumption needs for a better life and improving people's quality of life.
