肿瘤源性外泌体在头颈鳞状细胞癌微环境中的免疫调节作用

摘要 头颈鳞状细胞癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,肿瘤源性外泌体可通过直接与细胞受体相互作用或与质膜发生质膜融合参与免疫细胞调控,在头颈鳞状细胞癌的调控中发挥作用。肿瘤源性外泌体不仅可以抑制杀伤性免疫细胞对肿瘤的杀伤作用,还可以负向调节免疫抑制性细胞,促进肿瘤细胞发生免疫逃逸,以此调控肿瘤发生、发展以及远处转移。论文综述肿瘤源性外泌体在头颈鳞状细胞癌微环境中调控不同类型免疫细胞的研究进展。通过研究肿瘤源性外泌体在肿瘤微环境中的调控作用,为实现外泌体递药、肿瘤靶向治疗提供新策略。 Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma is one of the most common malignancies.Tumor-derived exosomes can participate in immune cell regulation through direct interaction with cell receptors or fusion with plasma membrane in immune cells,which plays animportant role in the regulation of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.Tumor-derived exosomes can not only inhibit the effects of killing immune cells on tumors,but also negatively regulate immunosuppressive cell response to promote immune escape of tumor cells,and thus regulate the process of tumorigenesis,development,and distant metastases.This review summarizes the latest research on tumor-derived exosome functions in regulating different types of immune cells in the microenvironment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.Through the exploration of tumor-derived exosome regulation of the tumor microenvironment,we aim to realize new strategies of exosome drug delivery and tumor targeted therapy.
