我国人工智能芯片产业协同创新网络时空演化特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探究我国人工智能(AI)芯片产业协同创新网络的发展状况,为我国AI芯片产业高质量发展提供支撑,根据2000—2022年AI芯片产业的发明专利数据,运用社会网络和空间分析方法对AI芯片产业协同创新网络的时空演化特征进行分析。结果表明,(1)AI芯片产业表现出快速发展的态势,但分散的创新主体使得网络难以发挥集聚效应,创新主体间的合作难度逐渐增大;(2)我国已实现全产业链专利布局,但专利布局集中在下游领域,导致产业发展面临低端锁定的困境;(3)协同创新网络呈现出范围更广、规模更大、联系更紧密的特点,金字塔结构的产业集散体系不断完善,但空间分布并不均衡,西部地区仍属于创新盲区。由此提出,(1)发挥大企业的引领作用,促进与中小企业的协调配合;(2)加强政产学研交流,实现人才培育;(3)制定产业链地图,形成良好的企业生态圈。 In order to explore the development status of China's collaborative innovation network in the AI chip industry and provide support for the high-quality development of the AI chip industry in China,this study uses patent data from 2000 to 2022 in the AI chip industry.Social network and spatial analysis methods are applied to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the collaborative innovation network in the AI chip industry.The study found that:(1)The AI chip industry shows a trend of rapid development,but the scattered innovation entities make it difficult for the network to exert agglomeration effect,and cooperation among innovation entities is gradually becoming more difficult.(2)China has achieved a patent layout across the entire industry chain,but the patent layout is concentrated in downstream areas,causing industrial development to face the dilemma of"low-end lock-in".(3)Collaborative innovation networks are characterized by wider scope,larger scale,and closer connections.The pyramidstructured industrial distribution system continues to improve.However,the spatial distribution is not balanced,and the western region is still an innovation blind spot.Based on these findings,three suggestions are proposed:(1)Play the leading role of large enterprises,promote coordination and cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises.(2)Strengthen the exchange between government,industry,academia,and research,and achieve talent cultivation.(3)Formulate an industry chain map to create a good corporate ecosystem.
