摘要 血流动力学在心血管疾病的发生与发展中有重要作用,常与形态学及功能学改变息息相关。血流动力学的可靠检测对改进治疗策略、提升患者预后具有重要意义。通过结合计算流体力学与心血管影像技术,血流动力学的评价维度也进一步扩展。本文将综述近年来计算流体力学在心血管血流评估领域中的研究进展,并探讨其未来发展方向。 Hemodynamics plays a vital role in the development and progression of cardiovascular diseases,and is closely associated with changes in morphology and function.Reliable detection of hemodynamic changes is essential to improve treatment strategies and enhance patient prognosis.The combination of computational fluid dynamics with cardiovascular imaging technology has extended the accessibility of hemodynamics.This review provides a comprehensive summary of recent developments in the application of computational fluid dynamics for cardiovascular hemodynamic assessment and a succinct discussion for potential future development.
