摘要
俄对乌“特别军事行动”以来,乌方在海上正面力量对比悬殊的情况下,依靠美北约先进情报体系支援,凭借“态势持续感知,火力快打快撤”的灵活战术实施反舰作战,形成有效反制。针对俄方舰船对陆打击行动特点,分析了乌方采取的非对称分布式反舰作战模式,重点从目指保障、打击行动特点、毁伤评估三方面研究了乌方在非对称条件下进行反舰作战时的特点。从作战支撑、杀伤链闭合、非对称优势塑造三个应用方面给出了思考和建议。
In Russia's"special military operation"against Ukraine,the Ukrainian side has relied on the US-NATO advanced intelligence system to support its anti-ship warfare,relying on the flexible tactic of"continuous situational awareness and rapid fire retreat",to form effective countermeasures in the face of the disparity between its frontal forces at sea.Based on the land strikes warfare characteristics of the Russian ships,the asymmetric distributed anti-ship warfare model adopted by the Ukrainian side is analysed.The characteristics of anti-ship warfare conducted by the Ukrainian side under asymmetric conditions are mainly studied from three aspects:targeting support,strike characteristics and damage assessment.Reflections and recommendations are given in four application aspects:combat support,kill chain closure,asymmetric advantage shaping,and public opinion deterrence.
