Cultivating Way and Direction of the Youth in the New Era from the Perspective of“Three Musts”

习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中对全党提出了“三个务必”总要求,同时对青年提出了“有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗”的“四个标准”。“四个标准”是新时代青年的成长方向,是对“三个务必”总要求的贯彻,是认识论与方法论的高度统一。从“两个务必”到“三个务必”,不是简单的数字叠加,既有历史、现实两个维度变化,也有我们党不变的自觉政治清醒、优良作风、人民情怀和制胜法宝。沿着历史发展脉络,分析中国共产党对马克思主义青年观的发展,深入把握“四个标准”的内涵寓意,进而辨明“三个务必”与“四个标准”的逻辑联系,为培养新时代青年提供根本遵循和行动指南。

In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the“Three Musts”as a general requirement for the entire Party and set forth the“Four Standards”for the youth,which include having ideals,the courage to undertake responsibilities,the ability to endure hardship,and the willingness to strive.The“Four Standards”represent the growth direction for youth in the new era and embody the implementation of the“Three Musts,”reflecting a high degree of unity between epistemology and methodology.The transition from“Two Musts”to“Three Musts”is not merely a numerical addition;it represents changes in both historical and contemporary dimensions,as well as the consistent political awareness,excellent style,people-oriented sentiments,and winning strategies of our Party.By following the historical development trajectory and analyzing the Communist Party of China’s evolution of the Marxist youth perspective,this paper deeply understands the connotation and implication of the“Four Standards.”It then clarifies the logical connection between the“Three Musts”and the“Four Standards,”providing a fundamental guideline and action plan for cultivating youth in the new era.
