The development of science and technology has promoted major breakthroughs in the field of artificial intelligence represented by large language models.While these models present enormous possibilities in the field of clinical medicine,they come with both advantages and risks.The introduction of new medical technologies can greatly improve efficiency,but also poses certain moral,ethical and legal risks.In order to cope with the adverse impacts that accompany large language models,there is an urgent need to expedite legislative process and establish clear usage guidelines and regulatory mechanisms,and continually refine legislation and norms alongside technological iterations.It is expected that the future application of large language models in clinical medicine will help the development of healthcare in China.
