改善绝经后女性健康:有氧舞蹈锻炼对血清代谢谱和体适能的影响

Improving Postmenopausal Women's Health:The Impact of Aerobic Dance Exercise on Serum Metabolomic Profiles and Physical Fitness

摘要 目的:探究规律有氧舞蹈锻炼对绝经后女性慢性非传染性疾病代谢危险因素及代谢谱特征的影响,分析机体分子代谢对规律运动的适应性变化,为运动促进健康、维护人体功能提供研究证据。方法:招募绝经后女性,根据体育锻炼习惯分为有氧舞蹈锻炼习惯组(HPA)和缺乏体力活动组(LPA),排除吸烟、酗酒、心脑血管等疾病及使用激素类等药物的参与者,每组各纳入11人。测量身体质量指数(BMI)、体脂百分比、腰臀比(WHR)、血压、峰值摄氧量(peakVO_(2))、空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、三酰基甘油(TAG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C);进行血清非靶向代谢组学分析。结果:1)HPA组收缩压显著低于LPA组,peakVO_(2)显著高于LPA组(P<0.05)。2)共发现27种差异代谢物。HPA组烟酰胺、溶血磷脂酰胆(LPC)sn2 LysoPC(18∶0)、sn2 LysoPC(15∶0)等8种代谢物水平显著高于LPA组,吲哚丙烯酸、丙酮酸、8羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)、对羟基苯乙酸(4-HPAA)、sn2 LysoPC(16∶0)、sn2 LysoPE(16∶0)等19种代谢物显著低于LPA组(P<0.05且FC>1.2或<1/1.2)。2组之间苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸和色氨酸的生物合成通路存在差异。3)脱氧胆酸3-葡糖苷酸与peakVO_(2)具有较强的正相关关系,黄嘌呤、sn2 LysoPC(16∶0)与peakVO_(2)具有较强的负相关关系(cor>|0.5|,P<0.05)。4)本胆烷醇酮葡萄糖醛酸苷、雄酮葡萄糖醛酸苷与收缩压具有较强的正相关关系,甘油酸、肉豆蔻酰肉碱及多种氨基酸与收缩压具有较强的负相关关系(cor>|0.5|,P<0.05)。5)HPA组具有较高水平的sn2 LysoPC(15∶0)与peakVO_(2)呈正相关;HPA组较低水平的sn2 LysoPC(16∶0)、sn2 LysoPE(16∶0)与peakVO_(2)呈负相关。结论:2组受试者虽然血清空腹血糖、血脂四项无差异,但内源性代谢物存在差异,规律有氧舞蹈锻炼的绝经后女性循环代谢物与较高的体适能相关。 Objective:This study explores the effects of regular aerobic dance exercise on the metabolic risk factors of chronic non-communicable diseases and metabolic profile in postmenopausal women,analyzes the adaptive changes of body molecular metabolism to regular exercise,and provides research evidence for promoting health and maintain⁃ing human organism function through exercise.Method:Postmenopausal women were recruited and divided into a group with aerobic dance exercise habits(HPA)and a group with lack of physical activity(LPA)according to their exercise habits.Participants who smoked or drank excessively,suffered from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or used hormone drugs were excluded.Each group included 11 people.Body mass index(BMI),body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),blood pressure,peak oxygen uptake(peakVO_(2)),fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TCHO),triglyceride(TAG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were measured.Untargeted metabolomics analysis of serum was conducted.Results:1)Systolic blood pressure in HPA group was significantly lower than that in LPA group,and peakVO_(2) was significantly higher than that in LPA group.(P<0.05).2)A total of twenty-seven different metabolites were found.The levels of eight metabolites in HPA group were significantly higher than those in LPA group such as niacinamide,lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC)sn2 LysoPC(18∶0),sn2 LysoPC(15∶0);the levels of nineteen metabolites in HPA group were significantly lower than those in LPA group such as indoleacrylic acid,pyruvate,8-Hydroxy-deoxyguanosine(8-OHdG),p-Hydroxyphenylacetic acid(4-HPAA),sn2 LysoPC(16∶0),sn2 LysoPE(16∶0)(P<0.05,FC>1.2 or<1/1.2).There were significant differences in the biosynthesis pathway of phenylalanine,tyrosine and tryptophan between the HPA and LPA groups.3)Deoxycholic acid 3-glucuronide had a strong positive correlation with peakVO_(2),while xanthine and sn2 LysoPC(16∶0)had a strong negative correlation with peakVO_(2)(cor>|0.5|,P<0.05).4)Etiocholanolone glucuronide and androsterone glucuronide had a strong positive correlation with systolic blood pressure,while glyceric acid,tetradecanoylcarnitine and several amino acids had a strong negative correlation with systolic blood pressure(cor>|0.5|,P<0.05).5)The higher level of sn2 LysoPC(15∶0)in HPA group was positively correlated with peakVO_(2).The lower level of sn2 LysoPC(16∶0)and sn2 LysoPE(16∶0)in HPA group were negatively correlated with peakVO_(2).Conclusion:There is no difference in FBG and blood lipid levels between the two groups,but there are differences in the basic serum endogenous metabolites in postmenopausal women.We identified circulating metabolics of postmenopausal women who have exercise regular aerobic dance were related to higher physical fitness.
