面向现代化:体育价值和大学使命

Facing Modernization:Sport Values and University Missions

党的二十大报告为中国体育现代化指明了发展方向。从现代化的内涵出发,理清中国式现代化的时代背景,探讨现代化语境下的体育在个人、群体、社会层面的功能价值,进一步明晰体育强国建设内涵要义的时代变迁,提出体育强国建设包含着价值观念、发展内容、发展水平、发展方式、治理方式等维度的现代化特征。在此基础上,探讨高等体育院校的定位和使命,提出体育大学应着力打造新时代支撑体育高质量发展的思想高地、理论高地、技术高地和人才高地,发挥引领与支撑作用,为体育强国建设作出贡献。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the development direction for the modernization of sports in China.Starting from the connotation of modernization,this paper clarifies the era background of Chinese path to modernization,discusses the functional value of sports in the context of modernization at the three levels of individuals,groups and society,and clarifies that the era change in the connotation of building a sports power,further proposes that the building of a sports power contains five dimensions of “modernization characteristics”,including values,development content,development level,development mode,and governance mode.On this basis,this paper discusses the positioning and mission of higher sport education institutions,suggests that sport universities should strive to build ideological,theoretical,technical,and talent highlands to support high-quality development of sports in the new era,which plays a leading and supporting role for the contribution to the construction of a strong sports nation.
