新时代我国体育学博士生培养的困境解析与路径优化

Analyzing Challenges and Optimizing Pathways in Doctoral Training for Sports Science in Contemporary China

历经近40载的砥砺奋进,我国体育学博士生培养取得了令人瞩目的成就。进入新时代,高质量发展成为体育学博士生培养的新定位和新策略。但当前我国体育学博士生培养在课程体系、淘汰机制、导师制度、类型结构、可迁移技能和国际交流等要素中的现存困境掣肘了高质量发展的步伐。未来体育学博士生培养的高质量发展应围绕上述6个方面进行全面优化:加强课程体系建设,夯实博士生的综合素养;实行分流淘汰制度,强化培养过程管理质量;建立联合指导机制,交叉融合培养创新人才;发展博士专业学位,开辟博士生培养新路径;重视迁移技能培训,应对未来职业发展需求;深化国际交流合作,提升博士生国际竞争力。

After nearly four decades of dedicated efforts,China has seen remarkable success in cultivating doctoral students in sports science.In this new era,the focus has shifted towards high-quality development as the primary orientation and strategy for training doctoral students in sports science.Nevertheless,current challenges in the existing curriculum,elimination mechanisms,mentorship systems,typological structures,transferable skills,and international exchanges are impeding the progress of high-quality development in sports science doctoral education in China.Future initiatives should holistically optimize six key aspects:fortifying the curriculum system to enhance the overall qualities of doctoral students,implementing a diversion and elimination system to improve the quality of training process management,establishing a collaborative mentorship mechanism to foster innovative talents through interdisciplinary integration,developing professional doctoral degrees to explore new paths in doctoral education,emphasizing training in transferable skills to meet future career development demands,and intensifying international exchange and cooperation to boost the international competitiveness of doctoral students.
