艾滋病流行终结之路的困境与挑战

Dilemmas and Challenges on the Road to Ending the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome Epidemic

为了深入分析艾滋病流行终结之路的困境与挑战,从国际形势出发,回顾历史因素,提出在国际社会为了终结这一全球性公共卫生问题付出了巨大努力的基础上,面对新型冠状病毒疫情对全球艾滋病防治工作造成巨大冲击,以及各国所面临的关于政治、经济、医疗等方面的困境与挑战。并以我国为例,提出艾滋病流行终结之路需要继续坚持采取中国特色方案与常规防治相结合的策略,通过弘扬中华民族传统文化、发挥中医中药的优势,从而加快脚步,缩短与目标的距离。

In order to deeply analyze the dilemmas and challenges on the road to ending the acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)epidemic,this paper starts from the international situation,reviews the historical factors,and acknowledges the significant efforts made by the international community to end this global public health issue.However,with the enormous impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on global AIDS prevention and control efforts and the challenges faced by countries in terms of politics,economy,and healthcare,the road to ending the AIDS epidemic is facing unprecedented difficulties.Taking China as an example,it is proposed that the strategy to end the AIDS epidemic should continue to adhere to a combination of China's unique approaches and conventional prevention and treatment.By promoting traditional Chinese culture and leveraging the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine,we can accelerate progress and shorten the distance to the goal.
