摘要
三叉神经自主神经性头痛(TACs)是一组以单侧头痛、通常伴有显著同侧头面部副交感自主神经症状的原发性头痛。丛集性头痛(CH)是TACs中最常见的头痛亚型。《中国丛集性头痛诊治指南(2022版)》是我国第一部关于CH的临床实践指导,详细阐述了CH的流行病学、发病机制、临床特征、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗等,本文对该指南的主要内容进行解读,以便更好地指导头痛诊疗临床实践。
Trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia(TACs)is a group of primary headache characterized by unilateral headache,usually accompanied by significant ipsilateral parasympathetic autonomic symptoms.Cluster headache(CH)is the most common headache subtype in TACs."The Chinese guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of cluster headache(2022 edition)"is the first clinical practice guideline for cluster headache in China.The guideline elaborates on the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical characteristics,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment for the cluster headache.This article interprets the main content of the guideline in order to better clinical practice for the headache diagnosis and treatment.
