摘要
环泊酚与丙泊酚相比,其注射痛发生率低,对呼吸和循环抑制程度轻,且环泊酚的镇静/麻醉剂量比丙泊酚相同镇静深度的剂量低(0.4~0.5 mg/kg比2.0 mg/kg)。那么,在静脉镇静/麻醉中环泊酚会取代丙泊酚吗?环泊酚扩大应用的关键在于进一步深入研究和降低成本。
Compared with propofol,ciprofol has less injection pain and less respiration and circulation inhibition.The sedative/anesthetic dose of ciprofol is lower than that of propofol at the same sedative depth(0.4-0.5 mg/kg vs.2.0 mg/kg).So,can ciprofol replace propofol intravenous sedative/anesthetic?The key to expand the application of ciprofol may rely on in-depth research and cost reduction.
