医源性脊柱和椎管内感染的诊治经验:1例报道并文献复习

Diagnosis and treatment of iatrogenic severe spinal infection caused by lumbar and sacral canal puncture:one case report and literature review

本文报道1例医源性脊柱感染的治疗经验,在治疗过程中将MRI等影像学结合实验室检验以完成快速诊断,足量足疗程广谱抗生素抗感染治疗快速控制脊柱感染,定期进行炎性指标、肝肾功能、抗生素血药浓度监测以及时发现不良反应,最终患者未遗留相关后遗症,为临床上脊柱感染的快速诊断和规范抗感染治疗提供了参考价值。

This paper reported an experience of diagnosis and treatment for a patient with iatrogenic spinal infection.MRI and other imaging examinations combined with laboratory tests to complete rapid diagnosis,and full dose and full course of broad-spectrum antibiotics were administrated for rapid control of the spinal infection.Inflammatory markers,liver and kidney function,and antibiotic blood concentrations were regularly monitored to detect adverse reactions in time.Finally,the patient recovered without related sequelae,which provided a certain reference value for the rapid diagnosis of clinical spinal infection and standard anti-infection treatment.
