偏头痛与卵圆孔未闭研究进展

Research progress of migraine and patent foramen ovale

偏头痛是一种广泛存在的可致残的神经系统疾病。卵圆孔未闭是常见的先天性心脏病,近年来越来越多研究表明偏头痛与卵圆孔未闭存在密切相关,多项研究表明卵圆孔未闭和偏头痛存在双向相关关系,且随着心导管介入技术的发展,越来越多的临床研究着眼于经皮卵圆孔未闭封堵术治疗偏头痛,但其疗效仍存在争议。本文从偏头痛的发病机制、偏头痛与卵圆孔未闭的相关性、卵圆孔未闭导致偏头痛的机制、卵圆孔未闭封堵术治疗偏头痛等方面进行概述。

Migraine is a widely prevalent and disabling neurological disorder,cardiac patent foramen ovale(PFO)belongs to a common congenital heart disease.In recent years,increasing evidence have shown a close relationship and a bidirectional correlation between migraine and PFO.With the development of percutaneous PFO closure technology,more and more clinical studies have focused on the treatment of migraine with percutaneous PFO closure,but the efficacy is still controversial.This paper reviews the pathogenesis of migraine,the correlation between migraine and PFO,the mechanism of PFO-induced migraine,and the treatment of migraine with PFO closure.
