偏头痛是神经科常见的慢性致残性疾病之一,发病率高,发病机制尚不清楚。近1年关于偏头痛的诊治又有一些新进展,本文就饮食方案、影像学生物标记物、非药物及药物治疗研究的新动态作一综述。

Migraine is a common chronic disabling disease,with high incidence and unclear pathogenesis.There are many breakthroughs in the diagnosis and treatment of migraine in nearly one year.This article reviewed the new progresses on migraine in serum markers,periaqueductal gray matter,drug therapy and non-drug therapy.
