碱脲体系改性热致液晶聚芳酯纤维的染色性能

摘要 热致液晶聚芳酯(TLCP)纤维的分子取向度较高和表面化学惰性是影响其染色性能的主要障碍。针对这一问题,使用不同配比的碱脲体系对TLCP纤维进行改性处理,并将改性处理后的TLCP纤维用3%(omf)的分散红AM-SLR染色。考察了改性后纤维的机械性能、表面形貌、分子结构、热学性能及染色性能。结果表明,经过碱脲改性后的TLCP纤维表面呈现刻蚀和虫噬构象,改性处理后TLCP纤维含氧量上升,有利于纤维染色性能的提升,K/S值由改性前的1.79升高至4.02,且改性后TLCP纤维的力学性能小幅下降,热学稳定性无明显变化。 The high molecular orientation and surface chemical inertness of thermotropic liquid crystalline polyarylester fibers(TLCP)fibers are the main obstacles affecting their dyeing performance.To address this issue,TLCP fi-bers were modified by alkali urea system with different ratios,and the modified TLCP fibers were dyed with Disperse Red AM-SLR at a dosage of 3%(omf).The mechanical properties,surface morphology,molecular structure,thermal properties and dyeing properties of the modified fibers were investigated.The results showed that the surface of TLCP fibers modified with alkali urea showed etched and wormy conformation,and the oxygen content of TLCP fibers increased after the modifi-cation treatment,which was beneficial to the improvement of fiber dyeing properties,and the K/S value increased from 1.79 before the modification to 4.02.There was a slight decrease in the mechanical properties and no significant change in the thermal stability of the modified TLCP fibers.
