上海市住院医师规范化培训年限减免临床能力测评的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of clinical competence evaluation of standardized training years reduction for resident doctors in Shanghai

目的以复旦大学上海医学院的实践为例,深入分析住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)年限减免临床能力测评方案的实施过程和结果,以期进一步完善实施方案,为其他地区的住培年限减免政策和具体实施提供参考。方法运用案例分析,采用专家咨询法和关键知情人访谈法,深入分析复旦大学上海医学院临床能力测评方案的实施过程和结果。结果不同培训专业年限减免临床能力测评存在差异。测评通过率呈下降趋势,测评难度整体有所提高。结论应建立信息化审核平台,优化审核流程和效率;整合医学院力量,发挥院校整体优势;以岗位胜任力为导向,加强测评同质化建设。

Objective Taking the practice of Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University as an example,the implementation process and results of the clinical competence evaluation for the reduction of residency training years is analyzed in this paper,in order to further improve the implementation program and provide reference for the policy and implementation of the reduction of residency training years in other places.Methods By case analysis,expert consultation and key insider interview,we deeply analyzed the clinical competence evaluation for the reduction of residency training years of Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University.Results There were differences in the different subjects of the clinical competence evaluation.The passing rate of the evaluation showed a downward trend and the overall difficulty of the evaluation increased.Conclusion The information qualification platform should be established to optimize the audit process and improve the efficiency.It is necessary to integrate the strength of the medical school and give play to the overall advantages of the school.Oriented by position competency,the level of evaluation homogeneity should be strengthened.
