虚拟模拟技术在毕业后医学教育阶段心脏听诊教学中的应用探索

摘要 目的探索在毕业后医学教育阶段心脏听诊教学中应用虚拟模拟技术的培训成效。方法选择2022年9月至12月在瑞金医学模拟中心参与心脏听诊虚拟模拟培训的专科进修医师20名、住院医师34名,培训前后分别进行闭卷测试,并于培训后通过结构化问卷获取参与者学习体验反馈。结果测试结果发现培训后测试成绩显著高于培训前测试成绩(t=-5.71,P<0.01),培训后测试用时较培训前测试用时显著缩短(t=8.50,P<0.01)。问卷反馈结果显示参与者对于心脏听诊技能掌握度的自评分显著提升(t=-6.29,P<0.01),绝大部分受访参与者(45人,88.24%)表示该培训满足了他们的期待。结论在毕业后医学教育阶段十分有必要开展有效的心脏听诊技能培训,理论授课结合心脏虚拟影像及模拟心音技术,能够提升心脏听诊相关知识点的学习效果。 Objective To explore the learning effect of application of virtual reality and simulation technology in the teaching of cardiac auscultation in postgraduate medical education.Methods 20 refresher doctors and 34 residents who participated in virtual reality training of cardiac auscultation in Ruijin Healthcare Simulation Center from September to December 2022 were selected for the study.Tests were conducted before and after the training,and the feedback of participants'learning experience was obtained through questionnaires after the training.Results There was a statistically significant pretest-to-posttest improvement in the test score(t=-5.71,P=0.00).Time of posttest was statistically shorter than that of pretest(t=8.50,P=0.00).The questionnaire results showed that the participants'self-rating on their mastery of cardiac auscultation skills improved significantly(t=-6.29,P=0.00),and most of the participants(45,88.24%)said that the training met their expectations.Conclusion In the stage of post-graduation medical education,it is very necessary to carry out effective cardiac auscultation skill training.Traditional teaching combined with cardiac virtual image technology and simulated heart sound technology can improve the learning effect of cardiac auscultation.
