The scientific community and the general public are once again paying attention to women scientists after the announcement of the Nobel Prize in 2023.The awards to three female scientists like Katalin Karikó,indicates that women's participation in the field of technology is significantly increasing.With the continuous expansion of female scientific and technological talent team in the world,women scientists still face challenges such as gender bias,unequal participation and opportunities of science and technology,imbalanced internal structure,and family work conflicts.In recent years,China has attached great importance to women scientists and provided strong support for their research activities through various policies and measures.It is recommended to pay more attentions to protecting the rights of women scientists and creating a favorable environment for fostering more Chinese women scientists in the future.
