乙酸对反刍动物瘤胃代谢及内环境稳态影响的研究进展

Research Progress on the Effect of Acetic Acid on Rumen Metabolism and Homeostasis of Ruminants

乙酸是反刍动物瘤胃代谢碳水化合物的主要产物之一,其在瘤胃中发挥着调节挥发性脂肪酸含量、影响蛋白质代谢等作用。日粮中添加乙酸或乙酸衍生物,可改善反刍动物瘤胃的代谢及内环境稳态,提高动物的生产性能。本文围绕瘤胃中乙酸的产生及积累的影响因素、乙酸对瘤胃代谢调控作用、乙酸对瘤胃中微生物菌落的形成与功能、瘤胃内环境稳态等方面进行综述,以进一步了解乙酸对反刍动物瘤胃代谢及内稳态的影响,为乙酸或乙酸衍生物在反刍动物生产实践中的使用提供参考。

Acetic acid is one of the main products of carbohydrate metabolism in rumen of ruminants,which plays a role in regulating volatile fatty acid content and affecting protein metabolism in rumen.Dietary addition of acetic acid or acetic acid derivatives can improve rumen metabolism and homeostasis,and improve animal performance.In this paper,factors affecting the production and accumulation of acetic acid in rumen,the regulation of acetic acid on rumen metabolism,the formation and function of microbial colonies in rumen,and rumen internal environmental homeostasis were reviewed,so as to further understand the effects of acetic acid on rumen metabolism and homeostasis of ruminants,and provide references for the use of acetic acid or acetic acid derivatives in ruminant production practices.
