重组抗菌肽的表达及其在饲料中的应用研究进展

Research Progress on the Expression of Recombinant Antimicrobial Peptides and Their Application in Feed

抗菌肽是广泛存在于生物体内的一种小分子多肽类物质,具有抗革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌的作用,有抗菌谱广、不易分解、稳定性好且不易产生抗药性等特点。抗菌肽作为动物饲料中抗生素的理想替代品,逐渐受到行业的重视。抗菌肽的异源表达可降低抗菌肽制剂的生产成本,促进抗菌肽制剂的规模化应用。本文对重组抗菌肽的来源、作用机理、重组表达及其在动物养殖中的应用等方面进行综述,为抗菌肽在饲料中的应用提供参考。

Antimicrobial peptide is a type of peptide with a small molecule that is widely found in organisms,and has an antibacterial effect on Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.It has a broad antibacterial spectrum with the characteristics of being not easy to degrade,good stability,and difficult to produce resistance.Antimicrobial peptide is gradually gaining traction in the industry as an ideal alternative to antibiotics in animal feed.Heterologous expression of antimicrobial peptides could reduce the production cost of antimicrobial peptide preparations and further promote their large-scale application..This work provides a reference for the classification of antimicrobial peptide and its use in feed by reviewing the sources of antimicrobial peptide,its action mechanisms,recombinant expression,and its possible application in feed.
