基于产品设计思维的设计管理研究

摘要 文章旨在探讨设计管理在新时代的应用,通过结合设计思维中的五段模式,寻找新的设计管理方法论。首先,运用文献综述法和理论分析法,综合研究设计管理和产品设计思维,探讨其在新时代的应用。其次,重点研究产品设计思维与管理相结合的方法,以提高设计管理的效果及效率。最后,提出了一种基于设计思维的设计管理阶段过程模型,为设计管理的实践提供了更系统化、层次化的方法论。以期通过融合产品设计思维和管理原则,推动产品创新,提升产品品质和用户体验,适应新时代的需求。 This paper aims to explore the application of design management in the new era,and search for a new methodology of design management by combining the five-stage mode of design thinking.Firstly,by using literature review method and theoretical analysis method,this paper comprehensively studies design management and product design thinking,and probes into their application in the new era.Secondly,it focuses on the method of combining product design thinking and management to improve the effect and efficiency of design management.Finally,a stage process model of design management based on design thinking is proposed,which provides a more systematic and hierarchical methodology for the practice of design management.Through the integration of product design thinking and management principles,it is expected to promote product innovation,improve product quality and user experience,and adapt to the needs of the new era.
