在社会对医疗服务质量的要求逐渐提高的条件下,感性需求在医疗服务类产品设计中的关注度也不断得到提升。感性工学作为一种能将感性需求量化表达的方法,能在医疗服务类产品的感性设计过程中提供帮助,从而缓解消极情绪、优化就医体验。因此,文章探究感性工学在医疗服务类产品设计中的应用现状,即感性工学应用于医疗服务类产品的一般方法流程、理论研究方向,同时阐述了未来研究趋势,即可增加针对特殊用户群体的研究与跨学科理论融合研究,以期为后续研究提供参考。

With the increasing demand for medical service quality in society,the attention to emotional needs in the design of medical service products is also constantly increasing.Kansei engineering,as a method of quantifying emotional needs,can provide assistance in the emotional design process of medical service products,thereby alleviating negative emotions and optimizing the medical experience.Therefore,this article explores the current application status of sensory engineering in the design of medical service products,including the general method flow and theoretical research direction of sensory engineering applied to medical service products.At the same time,it elaborates on future research trends,which can increase research on special user groups and interdisciplinary theoretical integration,in order to provide reference for subsequent research.
