阿托伐他汀联合单孔双管引流技术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of Atorvastatin combined with single-hole doubletube drainage technology in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma

目的:分析阿托伐他汀联合单孔双管引流技术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿(Chronic subdural hematoma,CSDH)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月我科收治的60例慢性硬膜下血肿手术患者为研究对象,按照引流方式的不同,将患者分为观察组(采取阿托伐他汀联合单孔双管引流技术治疗)和对照组(采取阿托伐他汀联合单孔单管引流技术治疗),各30例。比较两组患者手术时间、拔管时间、住院时间、治愈率、复发率及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间长于对照组[(75.98±12.05)min vs(69.07±10.28)min],拔管时间短于对照组[(2.15±0.59)d vs(3.87±0.76)d],复发率和并发症总发生率低于对照组(3.33%vs 20.00%;6.67%vs 26.67%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组住院时间、治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合单孔双管引流技术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿疗效显著,并发症少。

Objective:To investigate the medical effects of Atorvastatin combined with the single-hole double-tube drainage technique on chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH).Methods:A total of 60 postoperative patients with CSDH were enrolled from individuals who visited the Department of Neurosurgery of Shangyou People's Hospital between January 2021 and December 2022.According to the method of attraction,the patients were divided into the observation group(n=30,treated with Atorvastatin combined with single-hole double-tube drainage technique)and the control group(n=30,treated with Atorvastatin combined with single-hole single-tube drainage technique).Results:The observation group had a longer operation time than that of the control group[(75.98±12.05)min vs(69.07±10.28)min],a shorter extubation time than that of the control group[(2.15±0.59)d vs(3.87±0.76)d]and a lower recurrence rate and complication rate than those of the control group(3.33%vs 20.00%;6.67%vs 26.67%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).However,the hospitalization time and cure rate were not different between the two group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with a single-hole double-tube drainage technique is significantly effective on patients with CSDH,and with less complications.
