图书馆智能服务的现在与未来

The Present and Future of Intelligent Services in Libraries

论文论述图书馆从传统模式经历现代化、自动化和数字化,如今进化到智能化时代,图书馆将信息科技注入传统图书馆服务,运用物联网、大数据、人工智能等科技为读者提供更智慧化和个性化的服务,并促进图书馆的服务和管理以及阅读体验,已是图书馆发展的趋势。作为台湾地区首座数字公共图书馆,公共资讯图书馆在智能服务、技术应用和服务模式等方面取得极佳的经验和成果,并在智慧科技的应用上产生引领公共图书馆的作用。论文以公共资讯图书馆为例,分享在智慧服务的经验和成果,并述及图书馆智能服务的未来发展和可能面临的挑战。

This paper discusses the evolution of libraries from traditional modes of modernization,automation,and digitization to the era of intelligence.Libraries inject information technology into traditional library services,use technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence to provide readers with more intelligent and personalized services,and promote library services,management,and reading experience.This has become a trend in the development of libraries.As Taiwan’s first digital public library,the Public Information Library has achieved excellent experience and achievements in intelligent services,technology applications,and service models,and has played a leading role in the application of smart technology in public libraries.This paper takes the public information library as an example to share experiences and achievements in smart services,and discusses the future development and potential challenges of library smart services.
