摘要
“教师要成为大先生,做学生为学、为事、为人的示范,促进学生成长为全面发展的人”。图书馆即教育,图书馆也需要积极塑造先生文化,为学生为学、为事、为人提供积极引导。论文阐述了“大先生”与图书馆发展的内在关系,介绍南京大学图书馆塑造“见书见人”的图书馆“先生文化”的主要做法,提出构建弘扬“先生文化”的高校图书馆发展机制。
“Teachers should strive to become Great Teachers,serving as examples for students in their pursuit of knowledge,engagement in activities,and personal development”.Libraries,as educational institutions,also play a crucial role in shaping a“Great Teacher”culture,actively guiding students in their pursuit of knowledge,engagement in activities,and personal development.This paper explores the intrinsic relationship between“Great Teachers”and library development,introduces the main practices of shaping a library“Great Teacher Culture”at Nanjing University Library,and proposes a mechanism for building a university library development model that promotes“Great Teacher Culture”.
