Research on the Strategy of Digital Transformation of Logistics Industry under the New Development Paradigm

基于物流业数字化转型所处的宏观环境以及自身的发展现状,对物流业在新发展格局下的数字化转型进行了PEST和SWOT分析,并由此构建了物流业数字化转型的PEST-SWOT模型,最后从创新研发、数据安全、人才培养、组织优化和风险防控五方面提出了相关建议。

Based on the macro environment of the digital transformation of the logistics industry and its own development status,PEST and SWOT analysis is carried out on the digital transformation of the logistics industry under the new development paradigm,and a PEST-SWOT model of the digital transformation of the logistics industry is built accordingly.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward from five aspects of innovation research and development,data security,personnel training,organization optimization and risk prevention and control.
