Research on Enterprise Supply Chain Emergency Strategy under Urgent Events

随着全球一体化进程的不断推进,供应链自身的网络结构及其范围也在不断拓展和演进。同时,进入21世纪以来,各类突发事件使得企业供应链运营面对极其复杂的不确定性和脆弱性。供应链网络关键节点发生突变,往往会影响整个供应链的运行效率和最终结果,使得成本控制、物流选择、存储管理等环节面临极大的风险。文中旨在研究突发事件下企业供应链遇到的相关风险及其应对策略,以期能够及时消除突发事件对企业供应链的冲击,保证企业供应链的运行效率与安全。

With the continuous advancement of the global integration process,the network structure and scope of the supply chain are also expanding and evolving.At the same time,since the beginning of the 21st century,urgent events have made the supply chain operation of enterprises face extremely complex uncertainties and vulnerabilities.The sudden change of key nodes in the supply chain network often affects the operation efficiency and final result of the whole supply chain,making cost control,logistics selection,storage management and other links face great risks.The purpose of this paper is to study the relevant risks encountered by the enterprise supply chain under urgent events and their countermeasures,so as to eliminate the impact of urgent events on the enterprise supply chain in time and ensure the operation efficiency and safety of the enterprise supply chain.
