摘要
供应链管理是物流管理专业的专业必修课程,如何进行供应链管理的教学改革,提高学生学习效果和供应链管理能力,是应用型本科院校共同关注的热点。文中在供应链管理课程性质与课程现状的基础上,利用问卷调查和因子分析识别供应链管理学习效果的关键影响因素,并运用ISM方法理清各关键影响因素的作用层次和相互关系,明确供应链管理学习过程中,教学管理、学习动机、学习态度、认知能力是影响供应链管理学习效果的最基本、最深层的影响因素,最后结合影响因素的层次关系,提出提升供应链管理学习效果的对策建议。
Supply Chain Management is a required course for the major of Logistics Management.How to carry out the teaching reform of Supply Chain Management to improve students' learning effect and supply chain management ability is a hot spot that application-oriented undergraduate colleges should pay attention to.Based on the nature and status of courses of Supply Chain Management,this paper uses questionnaire and factor analysis to identify the key influencing factors of SCM learning effect,and apply ISM method to clarify the levels and relationships of the key influencing factors.It is found that teaching management,learning motivation,learning attitude and cognitive ability are the most basic and profound factors that affect the learning effect in the learning process of Supply Chain Management.Combined with the hierarchical relationship of influencing factors,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the learning effect of Supply Chain Management.
