基于乡村振兴的农村物流发展对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Rural Logistics Development Based on Rural Revitalization

农村物流是联系城乡生产、消费的重要纽带,发展农村物流对于促进国内大循环、全面推进乡村振兴具有重大意义。农村物流的核心问题是农业生产要素“出口”和“消费品”两大要素,其有效运转关系到农村居民生活水平的改善、农民就业和农民收入的提高。文中从发展农村物流的意义入手,对我国当前农村物流面临的问题和现状进行了剖析,并从加强基础设施建设、健全物流体系、提升信息技术水平、加大人才培养力度、多措并举破解农村物流“最后一公里”等方面进行了探讨。

Rural logistics is an important link between urban and rural production and consumption,the development of rural logistics is of great significance for promoting the domestic cycle and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.The core problem of rural logistics is the“export”and“consumer goods”of agricultural production factors,and its effective operation is related to the improvement of rural residents living standards,farmers employment and the increase of farmers' income.This paper starting from the significance of the development of rural logistics,dissects the current rural logistics problems and the present situation,and discusses from strengthening the construction of infrastructure,improving the logistics system,enhancing the level of information technology,increasing the intensity of talent training,taking various measures to solve“the last kilometer”problem rural logistics.
