在当前大数据技术高速发展的时代背景下,物流行业面临着许多新的发展机遇。如何抓住机遇,充分利用大数据技术解决企业运营中存在的问题,是摆在物流企业面前的一个重要课题。大数据分析技术是一种对海量数据进行收集、存储、管理、处理和应用的技术,是现代信息技术中最具活力和潜力的分支之一。而目前对大数据技术在物流企业运营优化中的应用研究尚不够深入,基于此,文中以物流企业运营优化为切入点,分析物流企业运营优化的重要性和现有运营优化策略的局限性,从构建物流企业运营优化策略的分析模型、构建物流大数据平台、构建多源异构数据资源池、完善大数据技术等方面深入探讨基于大数据分析的物流企业运营优化策略。文中研究具有积极的现实意义和价值,可以为大数据技术在物流企业中的应用提供参考。

In the current era of rapid development of big data technology,the logistics industry is facing many new development opportunities.How to seize the opportunity and make full use of big data technology to solve the problems existing in the operation is an important issue in front of logistics enterprises.Big data analysis technology is a kind of technology that collects,stores,manages,processes and applies massive data,which is one of the most vigorous and potential branches of modern information technology.Based on this,the paper analyzes the importance of logistics enterprise operation optimization and the limitation of existing operation optimization strategy starting from the operation optimization of logistics enterprises,and discusses the operation optimization strategy of logistics enterprises based on big data analysis in depth from the aspects of constructing the analysis mode of logistics enterprise operation optimization strategy,building the platfrom of big data of the logistics industry,developing the resource pool of multi-source heterogeneous data and perfecting the big data technology.This study has positive practical significance and value,and can provide references for the application of big data technology in logistics enterprises.
