高中英语教师跨文化教学能力框架构建

Towards the Construction of Intercultural Teaching Competence Framework of Senior High School English Teachers

新时代的外语教学已经从传统外语教学转向跨文化教学,而教师的跨文化教学能力直接影响跨文化教学的开展与成效。目前,跨文化教学能力培养缺少可供参考的理论框架,使得高中英语教师的在职培训存在不足。本文在对高中英语教师的半结构访谈基础上提出包含教师的跨文化能力、学科知识和教学策略等基本要素的跨文化教学能力框架。针对当前《普通高中英语课程标准(2017年版2020年修订)》对开展文化教学、提高学生跨文化能力的要求,学校和教育培训部门可尝试参照本文构建的框架模型开展教师在职培训,以提高教师的跨文化能力,完善教师的跨文化交际理论知识,提升教师的教学策略,助力高中英语教学。

In the new era,foreign language teaching has changed from traditional approach to intercultural approach,and teachers'intercultural teaching competence directly affects the implementation and outcome of intercultural teaching.But there is still a lack of a theoretical framework for the in-service training of senior high school English teachers,aiming at cultivating their intercultural teaching competence.Based on the semi-structured interview with senior high school English teachers,this paper proposes a framework of intercultural teaching competence which includes teachers'intercultural competence,knowledge of intercultural communication and corresponding teaching strategies.It also suggests schools and departments in charge of education and training conduct in-wervicetraing,as a response to the requirements set in Senior High School English Curriculum Standards,to improve English teachers'intercultural teaching,which will effectively assist English teaching in senior high school.
